LEAD SAP PM ANALYST NEEDED - OIL & GAS PROJECT
Job Description
Urgently seeking a Business Solutions SAP PM Analyst (who is an SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) specialist) for a pivotal role within a global market-leading oil and gas organisation. The successful candidate will be based out of the headquarters in Aberdeen. My client have implementations going on for our Eastern Europe countries, these are not complex at the moment but are hopeful that they will expand into full over the next few years. They have a possible implementation in Netherlands next year which will be using our full SAP functionality. We also have ongoing enhancements and support which you will be involved.
Your primary responsibility will be the operational use and control of SAP PM within the European region. You will also manage the end to end process of work order management.
You will report directly to the Lead SAP Analyst.
Key Job Responsibilities for this position:
*Subject Matter Expert for SAP PM within Europe
*Work closely with system users to identify and resolve system issues and identify system enhancements
*Control, implement and monitor the status of configuration changes
*Project manage delivery of system requirements
*Provide support for system interfaces to and from SAP
*Act as the primary contact for all queries, support and training requests
*Maintain good understanding of customer support requirements, business priorities, processes in order to use IT expertise to offer continual support and future enhancements
*Liaise effectively with internal and external consultants and service providers
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
*Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related subject
*Demonstrable experience of SAP PM in a maintenance environment, preferably gained in the Oil & Gas Industry
*Knowledge of maintenance & reliability business processes
*Experience in other SAP modules would be an advantage
